Chandigarh, February 20, 2024: Lok Manch Punjab and Central Punjabi Writers’ Sabha organized a poetry festival at Punjab Kala Bhavan, which was presided over by Darshan Buttar, President of Central Punjabi Writers’ Sabha. Dr. as the chief guest. Deepak Manmohan, Dr. as special guest. Manmohan attended. Lok Manch Punjab President Surinder Singh Sunnar, Senior Vice President Dr. Harjinder Singh Atwal and Lot Bhinder also joined.Dr. Lakhwinder Johal shared the welcome words and said that poetry is a saga of modern times and very meaningful poetry is being composed in the field of Punjabi literature.
Dr. Deepak Manmohan said that like the blooming weather, Punjabi poetry has also flourished.
Lok Manch Punjab deserves congratulations for decorating today’s poetry festival.
Special guest Dr. Manmohan said that poetry is the voice of time and Punjabi poetry today has come a long way. Surinder Singh Sunnar and others also congratulated the poets for this wonderful poetry festival and promised that we will continue to organize such poetry festivals across Punjab. Darshan Buttar said that Punjabi pen is very strong and very true, the color of which has been shown by all the poets today.

Babu Ram Dewana, Gurminder Sidhu, Lakhwinder Johal, Sushil Dusanjh, Sukhwinder Amit, Siriram Arsh, Manmohan Singh Daun, Deepak Sharma Chanarthal, Jagdeep Sidhu, Gurnam Kanwar, Jaininder Chauhan, Kahana Singh, Jagdeep Kaur Noorani and Raman Sandhu were present in this poetry festival.Narinder Nasreen, Balkar Sidhu, Dr. Labh Singh Khiva, Surinder Gill, Harvinder Singh, Malakiat Basra and Harbans Kaur Gill etc. participated.
Dr. Manmohan and Darshan Buttar also enthralled the audience by presenting their poems and poems.
