A Punjab-level grand dharna was held by all the staff of Agriculture Department Punjab at Agriculture Bhawan Mohali. Employees are not getting salaries from the Punjab government for four months. On Wednesday, the employees closed the Director Agriculture office in protest. Meanwhile, the employees also announced to celebrate Black Diwali this time
