Haryana, December 21:

The mortal remains of five-time Haryana Chief Minister O.P. Chautala will be cremated with full state honors today, December 21, at his farmhouse in Teja Kheda village, Sirsa, at 3 PM. His body has been draped in the tricolour, and he has been adorned with a green pagri (turban) and glasses. Family members and political leaders have gathered at the farmhouse to pay their last respects, with the body kept for public viewing until 2 PM.

The Chautala family appeared together, with his sons, Ajay Chautala and Digvijay Chautala, among those present. O.P. Chautala’s passing is a significant loss to the political and social landscape of Haryana. Many leaders and supporters have gathered to offer their tributes at the cremation ceremony.
