Gurdaspur (Punjab), December 19:

A hand grenade was thrown at a police post in Gurdaspur, Punjab, near the India-Pakistan border. The attack occurred at the Bakhshivala Police Post in Kalanaur.

The Khalistan Zindabad Force claimed responsibility for the attack via social media. The assailant fled after the explosion. Punjab Police and other investigative teams are on-site, assessing the situation.
