Haryana, January 27:
After the Sub-Divisional Republic Day ceremony in Charkhi Dadri, Badhra MLA Umed Patuvas held a meeting with officials, where his tone was quite sharp. The MLA made it clear that if they think his patience is a sign of foolishness, they are mistaken. He warned that if any injustice is done to the public, officials and employees should be prepared for postings at the last station in the state.
Earlier, when MLA Umed Patuvas entered the meeting room, the officers and employees did not stand in respect. Taking immediate notice of this, he addressed the issue by saying that while he wasn’t personally offended by them not standing, their behavior spoke volumes about their attitude. He then looked at the SDM and said, “If I’m wrong, you can speak up.”
The MLA emphasized that he doesn’t want anything from any officer or employee, nor will he ever ask anyone to do something wrong. He further stated that if his own family does anything wrong, they won’t be spared either. He urged officials to give up the habit of seeking “free favors,” stating that many honest and hardworking officers are present and that he would ensure they receive recognition wherever possible.
