A heart-wrenching incident has come to light near Railway Colony B Block, Naiya Wala Mor, Amritsar. On Thursday night, unknown people burnt a woman alive and threw her body in the garbage heap. This horrific scene came to light on Friday morning when people of the area went out for a walk as usual and saw the burnt dead body. As soon as information about the incident was received, there was panic in the entire area, after which the police was immediately informed.
Police reached the spot and started their investigation. The woman’s body has been burnt so badly that identification is becoming difficult. At present, the police is trying to find out the identity of the woman and who could be behind this brutal incident. Police are trying to collect evidence from the surrounding areas and scrutinize CCTV footage.
