Patiala, January 1:
The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has declared the final results for 37 posts of Assistant Town Planner (Group A) in the Department of Local Government, Punjab. The positions span various local bodies, including Municipal Corporations, Municipal Committees, Nagar Panchayats, and Improvement Trusts.
Chairman Jatinder Singh Aulakh stated that a total of 587 candidates had applied for the joint written examination, which was conducted on September 24, 2023. Following this, 49 candidates were shortlisted for interviews held from December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025.
The Combined Merit List and Category-wise Merit Lists have been uploaded on the official PPSC website (www.ppsc.gov.in).
Chairman Aulakh emphasized that the entire recruitment process was completed in a fair, transparent, and impartial manner.
