Haryana, February 5:
The Haryana government has implemented a significant administrative reshuffle, transferring 12 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers and 67 Haryana Civil Service (HCS) officers to new roles.
As part of the changes, Sudhir Rajpal, currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary for Health, will now also oversee the Women and Child Development Department. Amneet P Kumar, who was previously Secretary of Women and Child Development, has been reassigned to manage the Archives and Fisheries departments. Meanwhile, Ashima Brar, the Excise and Taxation Commissioner, has been appointed as Secretary of the Cooperation Department.
In the HCS cadre, Varinder Singh Sehrawat, formerly Special Secretary in the Public Works Department (PWD), will now serve as the Additional Labour Commissioner. Additionally, Anurag Dhalia, who held the position of Secretary at UTKARSH Society, has been designated as the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Fatehabad.
These transfers aim to enhance efficiency and streamline governance across various departments in the state.
