Punjab, February 19:
A case has been registered against Sukhwinder Singh Sukh Gill, the state president of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) Toteval, based on a complaint by Jaswinder Singh, who was deported from the United States. Sukh Gill also operates an immigration office.
Jaswinder Singh, a 10th-grade pass, alleged that he paid ₹45 lakh for a U.S. visa but was instead sent through the illegal “donkey route.”
