The Residents’ Welfare Association (RWA) of Rajeev Vihar hosted a lively Pre- Diwali Bash at its complex in Sector 13, Chandigarh that brought together a large and enthusiastic crowd of Army veterans, senior citizens, families and friends to celebrate the spirit of Diwali in a joyful and heartwarming evening.
